Noël Spangrud, Ministry Team Leader

Originally from the Inland Empire, Noël attended Riverside City College before transferring to Cal State Fullerton where she graduated with a B.A. in Music. She spent 1 year serving as a volunteer at CSUF before moving to Costa Mesa to plant the ministry full time at Orange Coast College. She has been on staff for 6 years and is the Ministry Team Leader in North Orange County and helps coach & care for the chapters at CSU Fullerton & Fullerton College.

When she isn't on campus, you can find Noël at aesthetically pleasing coffee or boba shops, enjoying good eats, and spending time with family.

She lives locally in Fullerton, loves attending and serving on the worship team for Newsong Church, and is looking forward to meeting you!

Peter Masado, Campus Minister

Upon graduating from UC Irvine in 2019, Peter spent the past 5 years serving on staff with InterVarsity at his alma mater. In a time of discerning, he felt the Lord calling him to continue his journey in vocational ministry at Cal State Fullerton. Though he is new to CSUF and Fullerton College, he is no stranger to bringing the good news to Jesus to college students. 

In his spare time, Peter is a connoisseur of movies and always down for all sorts of games. Friendship and family mean a lot to him, and he's always looking to welcome others into those spaces of family and friends.

Christopher Roque, Campus Minister, Graduates and Faculty 

A SoCal native, Chris attended CSUF where he graduated with his B.S. in cellular and developmental biology. He is passionate about the dynamics of Christian formation, so after college he completed his MDiv at Azusa Pacific Seminary.

For the last 6 years, he has served as a teaching pastor at a local church, and is now on staff with InterVarsity as a minister to graduate students and faculty here at CSUF as well as USC’s Health Sciences Campus.

Chris enjoys being a husband (and dog dad), reading, good coffee, deep conversations, and getting outdoors. You can often find him out riding on the Fullerton Loop!
