Crosby Tinucci, Ministry Team Leader

After graduating from Chapman University in 2020 with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a B.A. in Spanish, Crosby has worked with students from Orange County as a Campus Staff Minister at Chapman University, Santiago Canyon College, and CSUF. Crosby is passionate about seeing students experience real connection with God and with others. He is looking forward to meeting you this next year!

If you are ever trying to find Crosby, the best place to look is outside! Whether he is going for a run around Orange County or adventuring to somewhere new, he loves praying and playing in God’s creation. His favorite adventure buddy is his wife, Madi. The two enjoy frequenting parks for picnics and hiking together.

Cameron Williams, Campus Ministry Associate

Cameron has recently graduated in Spring 2026 with a B.A. in Business Economics from Cal State Long Beach. Wanting to know how Jesus could reframe how he viewed his major and other's, he joined InterVarsity to see students learn & understand the Gospel to be sent to do the Lord's will in the world.

Don't be afraid to ask him to play basketball, football, pickleball, or any sport! He loves to spend time with others and finds joy in competition and games.

Mikayla McDaniel, Campus Ministry Associate

Meet Mikayla McDaniel! A recent Chapman University grad with a BFA in Creative Producing, Mikayla loves being outside—especially running and hiking—and is a huge family person. She’s happiest with her people, a cup of loose-leaf tea, or her journal nearby. She also enjoys playing piano, singing, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Most of all, Mikayla adores spending time with Jesus and is excited for this new season of walking alongside students, watching them grow, and seeing Jesus transform their college experience and more.

Christopher Roque, Campus Minister, Graduates and Faculty 

A SoCal native, Chris attended CSUF where he graduated with his B.S. in cellular and developmental biology. He is passionate about the dynamics of Christian formation, so after college he completed his MDiv at Azusa Pacific Seminary.

For the last 6 years, he has served as a teaching pastor at a local church, and is now on staff with InterVarsity as a minister to graduate students and faculty here at CSUF as well as USC’s Health Sciences Campus.

Chris enjoys being a husband (and dog dad), reading, good coffee, deep conversations, and getting outdoors. You can often find him out riding on the Fullerton Loop!
